The National Geospatial Advisory Committee (NGAC) is scheduled to meet on April 11 and April 12, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 pm EDT each day. The meeting will be held via webinar and teleconference.
A draft agenda will be posted here prior to the meeting.
Attendance
Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting must register in advance. Please register by contacting John Mahoney at the Federal Geographic Data Committee (jmahoney [at] usgs.gov). Meeting information (webinar and teleconference instructions) will be provided to registrants prior to the meeting. While the meeting will be open to the public, attendance may be limited due to web conference and teleconference capacity. Individuals requiring special accommodations to access the public meeting should contact John Mahoney at the email stated above or by telephone at (206) 375-2565 at least five (5) business days prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Protocol for Public Comments
The meeting will include an opportunity for public comment. Attendees wishing to provide public comment should register by contacting John Mahoney (jmahoney [at] usgs.gov). Comments will be taken at the designated time on the agenda.
Depending on the number of people who wish to speak and the time available, the time for individual comments may be limited. Written comments may also be sent to the Committee for consideration. To allow for full consideration of information by the Committee members, written comments must be provided to John Mahoney at the email stated above at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting. Any written comments received will be provided to the committee members before the meeting. Before including your address, phone number, email address, or other personal identifying information in your comment, you should be aware that your entire comment—including your personal identifying information—may be made publicly available at any time. While you may ask us in your comment to withhold your personal identifying information from public review, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
