In this session DOI staff have an opportunity to join Jerry Johnston, the DOI GIO, in an open dialogue on how to most effectively implement the A-16 Supplemental Guidance within DOI. Jerry will provide his thoughts on implementing A-16 portfolio management across DOI, describe areas where he believes increased dialogue and coordination would be beneficial and some of the steps he intends to take to promote A-16 implementation. He will seek feedback from participants on their reactions to his suggestions, actions they believe will move portfolio management forward, and how he can best support them in their A-16 implementation efforts.
