The National Geospatial Advisory Committee (NGAC) will meet on December 9 and December 10, 2020, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 pm EDT each day.  The meeting will be held via webinar and teleconference.

Attendance

Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting must register in advance.  Please register by contacting John Mahoney at the Federal Geographic Data Committee (jmahoney [at] usgs.gov, 206-220-4621). Meeting information (webinar and teleconference instructions) will be provided to registrants prior to the meeting.  While the meeting will be open to the public, attendance may be limited due to web conference and teleconference capacity.

Protocol for Public Comments

The meeting will include an opportunity for public comment.  Attendees wishing to provide public comment should register by contacting John Mahoney (206-220-4621, jmahoney [at] usgs.gov).  Comments will be taken at the designated time on the agenda.

Depending on the number of people who wish to speak and the time available, the time for individual comments may be limited. Written comments may also be sent to the Committee for consideration. To allow for full consideration of information by the Committee members, written comments must be provided to John Mahoney (206-220-4621, jmahoney [at] usgs.gov) at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting. Any written comments received will be provided to the committee members before the meeting. Before including your address, phone number, email address, or other personal identifying information in your comment, you should be aware that your entire comment—including your personal identifying information—may be made publicly available at any time. While you may ask us in your comment to withhold your personal identifying information from public review, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

For additional information about the meeting, please contact John Mahoney (jmahoney [at] usgs.gov, 206-220-4621).
