Statewide Cadastral Layer Business Plan for West Virginia
The Rahall Transportation Institute, in partnership with the collaborating organizations hosted meetings and outreach presentations to develop a business plan for a cadastral data set in order to accomplish 3 major goals:

A plan and consensus as to how to finish the statewide cadastral dataset, including both surface and mineral parcels.

Reach consensus on how the data will be shared, stored and distributed.

A plan as to how we provide for the training, stewardship and updating of the data.
