Hit the Ground Running with Metadata Training

Rahall Transportation Institute is offering a free two day metadata training workshop sponsored through National Spatial Data Infrastructure Cooperative Agreement Program between Rahall Transportation Institute and Federal Geographic Data Committee. The workshop is a hands-on training where participants will work with actual data to learn how to write quality metadata. After this workshop, participates will have a better understanding and appreciation of GIS metadata, metadata standards and how metadata helps an agency manage their data management.
