The National Emergency Number Association and URISA are pleased to present the 2nd GIPSC conference in New Orleans. The conference is designed to bring together GIS professionals, addressing coordinators, 9-1-1 and emergency response specialists for this educational opportunity. The conference features preconference workshops, panel discussions, keynote and plenary sessions (Hurricane Katrina - Lessons Learned) and concurrent educational sessions. An exhibit hall and post conference tours to the New Orleans PSAP and a Hurricane Katrina tour round out this comprehensive event.
