Abstract:
Basic metadata concepts, explaining how metadata can
be made easy. Basically a workshop that will allow the user at the end
of it to document his/her own datasets, to use metadata tools, to use
the FGDC workbook and realize that after all, it is not that difficult.
Costs:
The training is basically free, sometimes the client may incur in to
travel expenses.
Tools:
Metadata template (word document or text only), Metamaker, Chew and
Spit (CNS), Metadata Parser (MP) and others
Disciplines:
Fluent in Spanish, Geographic Information Systems, Texas/Mexico Border
