Duration:
Multiple formats. Full day for hands on training and 1/2 hour for "Metadata for Managers"

Abstract:
Hands on metadata training. Trainees are asked to bring a coverage or layer and all pertinent information.

Costs:
No training costs for 2000 and 2001. Covered by USGS don't duck the metadata grant. Attendees pay their own travel costs and lodging.

Tools: ESRI and SMMS

Disciplines:
Geology, Computer Science, GIS focused on natural resources and demographics.

Experience:
Current recipient of Don't Duck the Metadata grant along with Bruce Godfrey

Limitations: Pacific Northwest or western US.
