Protocol for Public Comments
The Committee meeting is open to the public. Members of the public who would like to make comments to the Committee should sign up on the “Comment Sign-Up Sheet” at the registration table. Comments will be taken at the designated time on the agenda. Comments may need to be held to 3-5 minutes, depending on the number of parties who request time to comment. If time does not allow for all comments, then members of the public will be asked to provide their comments in writing. All comments will be made part of the public record and will be electronically distributed to all Committee members.
