March 24-25, 2010 NGAC Meeting

The National Geospatial Advisory Committee (NGAC) will meet on March 24-25, 2010 at the One Washington Circle Hotel, 1 Washington Circle, N.W., Washington, DC 20037.   The meeting will be held on March 24 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on March 25 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

An agenda will be posted here prior to the meeting.

Attendance

Meetings of the National Geospatial Advisory Committee are open to the public.
Members of the public who wish to attend the meeting must register in advance. Please register by contacting Arista Maher at the Federal Geographic Data Committee (703-648-6283, amaher [at] fgdc.gov).  Registrations are due by March 19. While the meeting will be open to the public, seating may be limited due to room capacity. Registration will close when room capacity is reached.

Protocol for Public Comments

The meeting will include an opportunity for public comment on March 25.  Members of the public who would like to make comments to the Committee should register prior to the meeting. Comments will be taken at the designated time on the agenda.  Comments may need to be held to 3 minutes, depending on the number of parties who request time to comment.  If time does not allow for all comments, then members of the public will be asked to submit their comments in writing to FGDC.  All comments will be made part of the record and will be distributed to all Committee members after the meeting.
