Protocol for Public Comments
The Committee meeting is open to the public. Opportunity for public comment will be provided at the meeting.

Comments:
Members of the public who would like to make comments to the Committee should sign up on the “Comment Sign-Up Sheet” at the registration desk. Comments will be taken at the designated time on the agenda.  Comments may need to be held to 3 minutes, depending on the number of parties who request time to comment.  If time does not allow for all comments, then members of the public will be asked to write their comments down and submit them to the USGS staff at the registration desk.  All comments will be made part of the public record and will be electronically distributed to all Committee members after the meeting.
