FGDC classic & FAQ styles

I'm wondering where I can get output files from mp (Metadata Parser) in the FAQ and classic styles? I want to look at how they look at. I know ESRI has those two styles sheets built based on the two styles, but I believe there must be a slightly difference between them. If someone can show me the original fgdc classic or faq styles, I'd appreciate it.
